- Floor plans of houses for Estate Agents and householders.

Service
- EPCs from Tony Carter are produced using the government approved RdSAP methodology and accredited by the NHER scheme. Turnaround time is usually within 24 hours of access to the property and appointments are usually available within two working days. EPCs are supplied in .pdf format and .jpg for the energy rating chart if required separately.
- Floor Plan measurements are taken at the same time as the EPC survey and plans can be provided with or without room sizes.
