I work in association with a small group of other Energy Assessors in Norfolk, so that we provide a service across the county. We can also provide services in other areas of England and Wales. Our client list includes local independent Estate Agents, national EPC / HIP agencies, Solicitors, Residential Management / lettings Agents and Landlords. EPCs and HIPs have been carried out for a wide range of property types including leasehold properties, prestige country homes and listed buildings.

We provide a professional, friendly service at reasonable fees and we do all we can to meet the requirements of our clients eg. out-of-hours working, key collecting, floor plans, liaison with others. All HIPs and EPCs are produced to national and industry standards and we are all members of official accreditation schemes. This ensures that our work can be relied upon and our services are to the highest standards

• Low Cost HIP

  If you are planning to sell your home, we can provide you with a fully transportable Home Information Pack. You have two options to chose from:

  'PAY LATER' HIP - If you are happy for Cozens Hardy, Solicitors to do the conveyancing on your sale, you pay for the HIP in two parts.

  You pay only £90 deposit in advance and then £140 balance is paid with the legal fees on completion of the sale of your property (total £230 +vat)

  LOW COST HIP from £220 +vat. You choose your own solicitor for conveyancing.

  Both options include Energy Performance Certificate. You own the HIP and can take it with you if you decide to change Estate Agents.

• New Build & Building Regs

  HIPs are now required for marketed New Build dwellings and conversions. Both must have an EPC for the Building Control completion certificate.

  New Build HIPs and EPC prices available on request.

  SAP Assessments on designs for building regulations approvals also available.

• Landlords & Commercial

  From 1st October 2008 EPCs will be required upon sale or letting of commercial premises of all types - rented houses & flats, shops, offices, workshops etc.

  EPCs provided at competitive rates for Landlords, Building Owners and Managing Agents.

  Prices available on request. Discounts for multiple properties and contract arrangements.
